Using special transportable filter-presses purposely designed, we are able to test every kind of sludge both in laboratory and directly at the customer’s site, in order to determine the exact filtration specifications.
In order to obtain an efficient technical process, reliable and with reduced operational costs, the customer can rely on the broad experience and competencies which Astec Lab acquainted in the last years.

By receiving samples of sludge, Astec Lab will make free specific analysis thanks an own patented filter press, which can reach pressures up to 60 Bar, and will process a detailed report containing the obtained parametric results as working pressure, dry solids content, filtration time and many others.
